Troop 199 has joined the Boy Scouts of America in celebration of continuing the journey into the next century of scouting! On February 8, 1910, W.D. Boyce applied for a congressional charter, this charter would eventually form into the American Boy Scout movement.
Here we are 100 years later. Troop 199 has been in existence 63 of the 100 years of scouting, and we want to keep the movement going.
